I am an editor. I'm a queer man, and that informs everything I do and everything I create. I love all kinds of movies, but I'm 20x more likely to adore a movie if it's queer, horror, coming of age, or a tragedy.

I have lots of experience with Premiere and I've completed and passed the Avid Certification exam. I've kept good grades with a packed schedule and a heavy workload.

My academic goals are first and foremost to learn everything I possibly can from this program and use that knowledge to become a better editor. I want to continue to form bonds with people with similar goals and creative interests, so we can work together and push each other to get better at what we do. And I want to edit a capstone. Professionally, my dream is to edit feature films, particularly narrative films about queer experiences.
